Its a bug shows when a special type of emoji message coming over telegram and other platform.The language of message is Sindhi and contains Italian flag emoji.
The iPhone crashes as soon as the the notification of the message comes in and disable the touchscreen.
But not to worry about that it is a small bug and that is not a threat to your phone security and private information stored on your phone.
If this occurred to your phone you can reset it and your phone will be good.
To reset your phone press vol.up+vol.down+power button.
